Year-round termite elimination and monitoring services are available as an add-on to both the Home Traditional Service and the Home Intensive Service for an additional monthly fee.

FAQ's

Q: What is the difference between a Home Traditional and Home Intensive Service?

The Home Intensive Service includes coverage for carpenter ants, bumble bees, hornets, yellow jackets up to 24 feet above the foundation of your home, cicada killers, firebrats, fleas, carpenter bees and silverfish. Grain pests such as grain weevils, Indian meal moths, red flour beetles, rice weevils, and saw-toothed grain beetles are also included. Services such as comprehensive reporting, ladder work up to 24ft., pruning and additional coverage for mailboxes, play sets, pool houses, and storage sheds.

Q: How long is the agreement for?

Home Service agreements are one year. Your program will automatically renew each year unless you call our customer service department to cancel.

Q: What happens if I have a pest problem after I sign up?

If you are experiencing pest activity at any time during your program, call our customer service department at 1-800-949-2667 to schedule a technician visit to your home. Both the Home Intensive Service and then Home Traditional Service include unlimited service calls for all pests covered under the service.
